JOAD $25.00
Family Maximum $70.00 ( 3 or more in same household)
Lunch: $ 6.00 each.
Each lunch plate includes one entree', and two side dishes.
Due to park regulations lunches must be pre-ordered and pre-paid. No on-site sales.
Please add the price of lunches to your registration fee.
Waiver 1 - All participants must sign: In consideration of my involvement at the California State Outdoor Championships I acknowledge, appreciate and agree that: (1) I risk bodily injury, including paralysis, dismemberment, disability and death, as well as the risk of loss or damage to property; (2) I knowingly and freely assume all risk; (3) I, for myself and on behalf of all my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release, hold harmless and promise not to sue the United JOAD & Southern California Archers, its officers, officials and/or agents, with respect to any and all injury and /or loss arising from my participation, whether caused by negligence, except that which is the result of gross negligence or wanton misconduct.
Waiver 2 - Minors (under 18): This is to certify, as parent or guardian of this participant, that I do consent to his/her release of the United JOAD & Southern California Archers and others from any and all liabilities related to his/her participation in the California State Outdoor Championships I acknowledge, appreciate and agree as stated above.
